Oversee all FOH and BOH operations in compliance with ZFI and Zax, Inc. standards. Control cost by maintaining operational standards, proper truck ordering/receiving and inventory control. Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives. Dairy Queen Cake Decorator: (*Must be 16 to apply for this position, prior cake decorating knowledge/experience preferred) Purpose of Job: Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes (or ready to decorate cakes may be used), including decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, air brush, edible images and letterings. Ensure all cake products meet the Dairy Queen standards of quality and excellence. Essential Functions: Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specifications and all applicable standards and procedures. Keep display freezer full at all times to the proper level with a variety of cakes attractively displayed. Conducts sampling and actively sells products Take and fill customer cake orders in a professional and timely manner. Be pleasant and alert to customer needs. Clean work area, organize and stock needed items. Stock and execute proper rotation of products. Keep cake production area and equipment clean and sanitary throughout shift using the PRIDE cake area checklist. SUPERVISOR: Director of Facilities DEFINITION: This is high-skilled work involving the responsibility for the care and maintenance of the various facilities. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings, to include but not limited to: making minor repairs to the electrical, plumbing and heating equipment of the buildings, installing locks, performing minor carpentry tasks, replacing light bulbs, installing switches, replacing fuses, replacing washers, and faucets, freeing clogged drains, repairing broken windows, etc. Maintain grounds around Authority facilities keeping them clear of trash and weeds. Perform cleaning duties when necessary. Transport materials and supplies to and from all facilities on scheduled basis. Monitor and report any condition/situation which may be hazardous to staff and/ or clients, or which may cause building deterioration or defacing of physical appearance of facility in general. Perform related work as assigned by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of the maintenance and minor repairs of heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical and electrical fixtures.
