YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located

As a Server, you'll be more than a conduit for food and drink. You'll be a guide, a storyteller, and an integral part of creating experiences that linger long after the last course. Whether setting the tone with a warm welcome, collaborating with the kitchen, or ensuring every table feels cared for-you'll bring grace, attentiveness, and a personal touch to every shift.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
Go beyond the expected-make recommendations, remember preferences, and read the room to ensure members and guests feel seen, comfortable, and valued.
Communicate smoothly with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure accuracy, flow, and efficiency throughout the dining experience.
Maintain a clean and well-organized service area, reset tables with care, and uphold Loraloma's high standards of presentation.
Input orders into the system and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
Handle transactions, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each member and guest experience is inviting.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
At least 2 years' experience in the food & beverage industry with a strong desire to learn and grow in this space
A natural ability to connect with others, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service
Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Attention to detail when it comes to service standards, presentation, and communication
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs with assistance) and move across varied surfaces
