JOB SUMMARY
The Wedding Sales Manager is responsible for driving wedding and social event revenue by proactively sourcing new business, cultivating long-term client relationships, and serving as the property's ambassador to the wedding and events community. This role partners closely with internal departments to design and execute exceptional events that reflect the estate's elevated standards, while ensuring a seamless planning experience for every couple and client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify and pursue new wedding and social event business through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Participate in weekly Business Review Meetings; research prospective clients, develop tailored communication strategies, and prepare property presentations as needed.
Represent the estate at wedding shows, industry events, community functions, and professional organizations to generate new leads and increase brand presence.
Conduct on-site tours and off-site presentations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the property's venues, culinary offerings, and guest experience.
Respond to all wedding and social event inquiries and RFPs, providing comprehensive information regarding guest room availability, venue space, catering packages, and amenities.
Partner with clients and internal teams to outline event details, including venue layouts, culinary selections, timelines, and overall event vision.
Maintain accurate and timely client communication, proposals, contracts, trace dates, and booking reports to ensure thorough follow-up and exceptional client service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of wedding, social catering, or event sales experience within a luxury hotel, resort, winery, or comparable environment.
Demonstrated success in building and sustaining client relationships, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business and client needs.

JOB SUMMARY
A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation. Assist in the preparation of ingredients including juicing, batching, cutting garnishes, and refilling syrups
Remove used glassware and bar tools, delivering them to the dish area and ensuring continuous cleanliness
Take out trash and recycling and clean spills to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
Monitor and replenish ice bins, fruit trays, napkins, straws, and other bar tools
Communicate proactively with bartenders to anticipate needs and prevent delays during service
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and end-of-night breakdown
Provide general support to front-of-house and bar team as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred

Job Summary
The Bar Manager oversees the daily food and beverage operations across Estate Yountville's lobby outlets, pool service, and In-Room Dining (IRD). Essential Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for food and beverage service across lobby bars, poolside outlets, and IRD, ensuring seamless execution.
