Epsilon has a broad customer base supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security as well as selected commercial customers. Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as United States Congress, U.S. Navy, Ernst & Young, Asian Business Association, and University of Southern California. Qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineering officer, he served on both active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 as an officer in the U.S. Submarine Force. Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations, including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering and Santa Fe Christian Schools. Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Min established the ESSential Foundation in 2000 and Operation Promise in 2009. The ESSential Foundation funds, among other things, military support organizations, caregivers of wounded warriors, international micro-finance, religious, educational organizations as well as community programs that support the homeless and troubled youth. Mr. Min also co-founded a church and is an Ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.
