About the role
We're seeking a results-driven Growth Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in scaling our online business by leveraging your expertise in DTC e-commerce and digital advertising. You will be responsible for optimizing our online store, managing and executing digital ad campaigns, and analyzing data to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Manage and optimize our Shopify and Amazon stores, including product listings, collections, and website content.
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience.
Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and average order value.
Digital Advertising:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
Develop and test ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Operations:
Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
Generate reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor inventory levels and manage relationships with manufacturers.
Focus on profitability for each brand and product.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce operations for small consumer brands.
Proven experience with Shopify.
Hands-on experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns, especially on Meta platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus points:
Proven success launching new brands in Shopify, utilizing Meta ads to drive initial traction and growth.
Experience developing and managing wholesale distribution channels for increased product reach.

* Loads production materials onto machinery and loads cases onto belts or pallets for shipping.
