Shipping/Receiving Clerk
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials. This position involves verifying shipment contents, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with carriers and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items outgoing or incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, address labels and other records.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
Routes incoming items to correct departments.
Packages items in appropriate containers. Affixes labels and shipping instructions onto containers.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Operates equipment to move, convey, or hoist shipments between shipping/receiving area and storage or work areas.
Coordinates with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
Ensures timely dispatch of all outgoing shipments.
Follows all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Reports any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Job Description
The Electrical/Electronic Systems Cost Engineer will be responsible for all
technical costs associated with Electronic Modules and/or Electrical/Electronic
Switching Devices and associated mechanical mechanisms. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to: 1) component variable costs and tooling for
all vehicles; 2) cost evaluating and collaborating product change notices; 3)
evaluating tool firm price contracts and verifying asset existence; 4) ensure
appropriate escalation to upper management if component cost collaborations
cannot be agreed upon with the respective suppliers; 5) supporting internal
competitive vehicle bench marking. Local travel may be required to review
suppliers manufacturing plant layout and processes in support of supplier
manufacturing process mapping and the creation of cost models.
Qualifications
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from an ABET accredited
university with Minimum of 5 years of automotive electronics module experience
or automotive electrical/electronic switching experience is preferred.
