Senior management all male 'bros' who claim to know all and listen to no one, they actively undermine the directors and managers, often women in leadership roles, by making decisions without their input, participation or consideration. The only focus of the existing "C-Suite" is to score personal career points rather than create a sustainable business with cohesive teams that feel respected and valued. It is a toxic top-down environment.
Pro Deals
Nothing. They are egotistical jerks who have a limited understanding of the organization and opinions about everything. Heaven forbid you have a differing opinion or try to point out flaws in their logic.
Remove the existing leadership with individuals capable of listening and leading without arrogance and fear.
MEC under pays their employees, and in particular the female ones. They also enforce gag orders on literally every aspect of compensation because they know this landscape would be hugely problematic if made public.
The organization is relatively diverse except in leadership roles. The entire top of the organization is a Dude-Bro sausage fest.
Nothing. The current leadership has driven morale organization wide into the toilet in the last 8 months. Nothing about this organization is positive at this point. Everyone is disrespected, ignored and lives in fear daily for their job and their careers.
