As the Hospice Liaison , you will partner with our Regional VP of Community Development and our clinical teams to further that mission. These passionate teams will depend on you to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources within the community.

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person, and acting with a sense of urgency in everything they do.
Work as part of a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other workstations during their shift and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift. Enhance the company’s image by complying with uniform and appearance standards. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.
Accurately use the FOCUS System, process cash, and/or credit card transactions. Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average when taking an order. Protect the company’s assets by maintaining organized, safe and clean work areas; comply with safety and security standards at all times.
Key Ingredients
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
Receptionists spend most of their time answering phone calls. However, a Receptionist may also be responsible for:
Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Directing visitors to the correct office
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
