TSC's Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (AISR) Division is actively recruiting an expert Aviation Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of Flight & Ground Operations of a developmental aircraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation mechanics, in both manned and unmanned aircraft systems, possess an acute attention to detail, as well as exceptional troubleshooting/problem solving skills to support the aircraft from development through operational phases. As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manned and unmanned aircraft systems and components, ensuring that all aircraft are mission-ready and meet applicable legal, contractual and safety performance standards. Ground & Flight Operations will be conducted at various test sites, with the primary location being located at Fort Huachuca, AZ (Sierra Vista). This position will formally report to the Test & Training Site Lead but will be responsible to multiple stakeholders within/outside of the division. This position will be responsible for developing and managing aviation Ground & Flight Operation Procedures, including the development of maintenance manuals, formal training programs, technology insertion. Duties & Responsibilities: Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of flight school aircraft. The mechanic will be accountable for completing all work in accordance with AeroGuard Company procedures and requirements, as well as all applicable regulatory requirements. This is a 5 day shift from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Must have strong interpersonal and team building skills.
