Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within commercial laundry, manufacturing, or high-volume production environments
High school diploma or GED required; completion of a technical or trade school program is highly desirable
Advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic (especially conveyor belts), and automation systems knowledge, including hands-on experience with PLC programming, VFD troubleshooting, electromagnetic systems, and industrial control panels
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams to perform accurate diagnostics and repairs
Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for logging work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and tracking asset performance
Skilled in high- and low-voltage electrical systems, with a strong understanding of HVAC controls, thermostats, and boiler systems
Capable of performing basic welding tasks including acetylene and arc welding for equipment repair and fabrication
Working knowledge of root cause analysis, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean maintenance methodologies to drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability
Proven leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to lead maintenance technicians, coordinate priorities, and ensure safety compliance
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, to effectively communicate across a diverse team
Certifications in electrical safety, HVAC, welding, or other skilled trades are strongly preferred

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Prompt and regular attendance at work
Prioritize, plan, and delegate workloads to fleet personnel, regulate and adjust assignments; personally oversee more complex functions as necessary
Responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws (i.e. state permits, vehicle tags)
Prepare cost estimates related to labor, tooling, machinery, equipment, material, etc.; analyze shop loads and recommend revisions in methods, equipment, tooling, or materials to effect conservation in costs or to avoid production delay
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e. sop's. environmental audits, shop reviews, etc.)
Responsible for all functions pertinent to preventative maintenance, repairing, record keeping, operation of repair facility, etc., necessary for optimum performance of all vehicles in the fleet
Maintain records of parts inventory and document breakdowns of all major and minor repairs and preventative maintenance
Participate in departmental and company meetings as required
Work as a Vehicle Service Technician when needed
Become a Car-Seat Safety Inspector within the first six months of employment
Performs other such duties as may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
