Perform work as outlined on repair order accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Efficiently repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs preventive maintenance services and minor repair work on passenger, ADA and light transit vans.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and engine systems on a variety of forklifts.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports of work performed.
Respond to emergency service calls when required, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Order and manage parts inventory in line with operational requirements.
Requirements:
Experience as a Forklift Technician / Forklift Mechanic (or in a similar role) within the material handling industry.
Previous experience as a forklift mechanic in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of various forklift brands, models, and their mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license is required (CDL preferred but not required).
Forklift certification and any relevant mechanical certifications are a plus.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in varying conditions (some heavy lifting required).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Essential Job Functions/Physical Demands:
