Enter and maintain service reports for all the mobile equipment in written or electronic form. Perform General Physical Activities. Perform physical activities that require moving your whole body and considerable use of your arms and legs, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. JOB PURPOSE is responsible for the flow and supply of recycled parts for customers. LEVEL OF AUTHORITY Performs routine duties independently in accordance with established policies and procedures. WORK ENVIRONMENT Most of the work is performed in an industrial shop or outdoor yard environment. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work area is normally moderate, however it may increase while on site. This position requires proper PPE including safety shoes and hearing protection. Removes used equipment parts as needed, determines part quality and understands customer needs. Works Lost Sales on used parts. May be required to assist in load and transport of purchased equipment. Works with the shipping department to ensure timely shipment of used parts. Attends all company training, employee meetings or other events as directed by management.
