Role Description

Qualifications / Responsibilities
Autotechnicians must be a certified technician with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive or performance oriented field.
All employees must be incredibly punctual, arriving to work on time ready to go. A strong work ethic is essential for a career at The Shop CT.
Independent thinking is a critical component, actively taking on work into your own hands - however - help is always available if need be.
Mechanics must come with their own tools / tool boxes as they are not provided by other technicians or management.
Lastly, future hires must have a positive attitude and willingness to work alongside others. The dynamic is very close, where all consider one another friends / family. Individuals who negatively impact the working environment will be terminated.
