You will contribute by:
Oversee and manage the repair of the MHE fleet including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance.
Conducting preventive maintenance (P.M.'s) within manufacturer's guidelines/specifications and established timelines to include oil changes, filter changes, calibration of equipment, belts changes, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, etc. Concise reporting of required inspections, evaluations, P.M. procedures, etc. and clear communication with Management, etc. Responsible for logging time and materials into computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) on a daily basis in the form of repairs, P.M.s, etc.
Responsible for daily communication of all pertinent information regarding equipment operation and maintenance to departmental management and other maintenance teams. Responsible for housekeeping, clean up of all maintenance areas/work areas on a daily basis.
Required to interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. for all systems being overseen.
Assist manager/supervisor in developing standard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for MHE and battery equipment. Assist in managing outside battery, MHE, and electrical contractors conducting service, repair and new contract work. Assist management in creation of budgets for individual projects, yearly capital and yearly operating expenses.
This position will also assist the battery technicians. Duties will include assisting in battery charger repairs, battery changes for MHE, repair of plugs and tips of batteries and chargers, watering and washing batteries, acid spill clean up, battery rack cleaning, battery area sweeping and cleaning, and other general maintenance activities.
This position will also assist the building and refrigeration maintenance teams. Duties will include assisting in general building repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, refrigeration systems repair and maintenance, and other general maintenance activities.

Extensive experience with Crown, Raymond, and Toyota material. Manufacturer Certifications (Raymond, Crown, Toyota, etc.) handling equipment. Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified person with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, dismantle, assemble, fix, repair, adjust, align, and maintain industrial/plant machinery in a systematic manner and with a high degree of efficiency. The qualified candidate is familiar with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and equipment (piping, pumps, blowers, compressors, grinders, choppers, mixers, motors, starters, controllers). The successful candidate will become part of an operations team supporting our large-scale food waste processing systems and onsite co-generation plant ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. The duties and responsibilities of this position include:
Fix, repair and maintain mixers, pumps, in line equipment, grinders, chopper pumps etc.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues with unique large scale food waste processing equipment and maintain equipment based on equipment manufacturer specifications.
Work alongside our team to maintain our co-generation electrical unit, repairing pumps and mixers, large scale repairs to solid waste equipment, and general preventative maintenance.
Works safely at all times by preparing and/or following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures to protect self, other personnel, and plant equipment/systems.
Reads and interpret tables, drawings and specifications as well as think critically to evaluate the condition of systems, machines, equipment, and their components.
Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment based on manufacturer specifications.
Fabricates/constructs or orders replacement parts and installs them.
Uses a variety of hand tools, measuring tools, and equipment for cutting, welding and brazing.
Uses hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks to safely rig and move machinery when needed.

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in a variety of training and educational opportunities with interim assessments.
Assist within the department, developing new skills and capabilities within the Thermal Energy and Manufacturers Representative industry.
Observe and adhere to all safety procedures.
Complete all assignments in an efficient, timely, professional manner.
Keep an open mind when receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Communication with manager and colleagues on a day to day basis.
Travel to a variety of jobsites, including but not limited to commercial and industrial settings.
Learn to install, maintain, and repair Commercial/Industrial Boilers and related thermal equipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Connecticut G-8 License
Must maintain a valid Driver's License to drive rental vehicles & be able to pass a DOT physical for driving fleet vehicles as required. A CDL is not required.
Maintain company provided equipment, tools, and/or fleet vehicle as per company policy.
Possess a can-do attitude when approaching new and exciting challenges.
Ability to multitask.
Attention to detail.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Skilled with computers/systems. Able to read, write and possess excellent verbal communications skills in English, other languages a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate to occasional heavy physical demand with exposure to dust in the warehouse, hot and cold climates, inside and outside exposure when on the job, odors and noise may also be present.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Stand, reach, bend, squat, push, pull and move about the facility or job-site.
Walk or stand at least 8+ hours per day, often ascends/descends ladders or steps on job-site.
Able to use hands and able to follow safety guidelines, for both mechanical tools, manual tools, and computer entry.

A&P Mechanics
play a key role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of customer aircraft. You'll troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance tasks while working closely with clients to find solutions.

Document work per manuals and regulatory requirements.
Follow safety and Environmental Health & Safety policies.
Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean workspace.
Operate ground support equipment as required.
Perform mechanical/electrical component removals and installations.
Provide off-site maintenance support when needed.
Assist with fueling, engine removal/installation, and component repairs
Qualifications
Valid A&P license by the FAA
3 years of corporate
experience (Bombardier and Gulfstream preferred)
Own basic hand tools and manage tool inventory.
Ability to interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
Must obtain required Ground Support Equipment qualifications.
Willing to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Basic PC skills.
Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable).
