RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
Move company equipment safely on yard as needed;
Assist drivers with addressing outstanding vehicle issues;
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on company vehicles and equipment;
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment, vehicles, and machinery;
Complete daily checklist as required
Assure that Equipment is properly parked/secured in compliance with facility permit and DOT requirements.
Maintain facility via housekeeping duties
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
QUALIFICATIONS

Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Automotive Lube Tech, Mechanic experience is required
Dealership experience is preferred
Experience with the latest automotive technologies and working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
Reliable with a good work ethic and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
