**Meaningful Work From Day One** Provide general and preventive maintenance and repair of all production equipment, systems and facilities. Support new equipment and machinery installation, facilities upgrades / redesigns and give input on new equipment and facilities upgrades. Types of repairs will include repairs to the following components: diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps, exhaust aftertreatment systems, mobile equipment HAVAC systems, pneumatic systems, electrical systems and computer diagnostics. Successful applicant will also perform all necessary preventative maintenance on the above-mentioned equipment. ** This project is anticipated to span a duration of 3 years. Please advise that onboarding and training may be conducted at other sites to include Crestwood, KY or Louisville, KY until the team officially launches at Bullitt County Stone in the spring of 2025. ** The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Troubleshooting equipment problems and diagnosing failure Performing diagnostic functions, checking pressures, checking voltage, locating source of noises and/or vibrations Disassembling machines, ordering parts, making repairs, assembling machines, checking machine operation to make sure repairs are complete and confirming problem is fixed and is work ready Cleaning parts, scraping gaskets, prepping for assembly Keeping and maintaining complete maintenance records on all equipment on the jobsite Maintaining safety and cleanliness of the work environment Traveling to jobsites and vendor training sessions as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
