Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire Diesel Technicians. Technicians must be able to: Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems; Carrying out necessary repairs and conducting more complex repairs to ensure proper functioning; Troubleshooting and analyzing issues reported by drivers or operators, and providing effect solutions to address the problems; Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed; Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed; Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records; Field Technicians will be going out to service calls. Requirements Qualifications: Two year technical degree and/or equivalent job experience in any of the above fields. Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems. Previous experience working on Volvo equipment is a plus, but not required. Excellent diagnostic and trouble-shooting skills. Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
