Qualifications:
Experienced Class A or B mechanic.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
Familiarity with safety management.
Possess your own set of tools to perform maintenance tasks.
Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in the transportation industry.
Experience in the Motor Coach Industry.
Associate degree in diesel technology preferred.
Computer diagnostic skills a plus, but training is provided.

What you will be doing:
Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
This role is a 2nd Shift role with current hours being 10:30AM-7PM

Day-to-day responsibilities of this role include performing various types of maintenance work on industrial printing equipment, such as:
Installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications and servicing.
Maintaining and repairing components on systems, which may include bearings, gear clutches, couplings, belted/shafted drives, gearboxes, compressors, and other related controls.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule from 7 am- 7 pm or 7 pm-7 am including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
Mechanical Maintenance experience in a Manufacturing environment OR completion of a Maintenance Mechanic Training Program including Welding, Hydraulics, Blueprint Reading, and Machine Trades Math, is required.
Good verbal and written comprehension, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and work independently with minimal supervision, are required.
Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to stand long hours, and use hands and wrists continuously in a controlled movement.
Receive and followinstructions and use vision to identify defects with or without reasonable accommodation.
