As the Senior Electro-Mechanic you will be responsible for providing required electrical/electronic and mechanical maintenance support for process machinery. You will perform repairs and diagnostics to machinery, equipment and controls, as well as thermal scans and vibration analysis. You will provide preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for DC servo motors, CNC control, and Fanuc robot maintenance and repairs.
Specific Responsibilities
Maintain technical competence in advancing technology
Programming knowledge of PLCs
Maintain AC/DC circuits, DC equipment and controls, single phase motors, three phase systems, power supplies and PLCs
Proficiently use tools and instrumentation
Use power tools to repair, modify and maintain production equipment
Track and record production downtime
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems
Identify root cause analysis through collaboration with Engineering
Understanding of electrical/electronic and mechanical systems supporting process machinery and equipment
Manage HMI and PLCs
Increased knowledge of PLC programming and root cause analysis
Knowledge of all incoming machines and equipment
Knowledge of pumps, hydraulics and electric motors and servos

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnoses vehicles according to the appropriate level of certifications/experience.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
The Senior Automotive Technician will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on the ambient temperatures outside. The use of safety goggles or other PPE may be required when working in these conditions.

Responsibilities:
