SBTIII trained within 180 days (SBT220)
Complete all OEM on-line diagnostic scan tool software courses as required by location fleet mix. (completed within 365days)
Complete Instructor led OEM courses as required to support location fleet mix.
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance
Performs complex repairs with minimal (if any) support.
Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents
Diagnoses and repairs complex mechanical and electronic problems with minimal (if any) support, utilizing diagnostic computers/software when applicable.
Performs remote triage to with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns.
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
Instructs and advises other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
Coaches/Mentors other level technicians
Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support.

Your activities
Operate and drive all types of GSE equipment - motorized and non-motorized.
Perform and show competence in preventive maintenance per established schedules on all ground support equipment
Provide trouble-shooting and diagnostic assessment of ground support equipment as required
Hydraulic knowledge or basics necessary. Must be willing to learn hydraulic systems
Airport deicing training will be required. Reporting to work during snow, Ice and cold weather required. Overtime is necessary during weather emergencies
Will be working outside in all weather conditions year-round
Remove malfunctioning ground support equipment from service and ensure GSE is not returned to service until malfunction has been accurately diagnosed and repaired
Respond to emergency service calls as well as accidents involving ground support equipment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors safe and efficient operations of HVAC/refrigeration systems in accordance with departmental requirements; corrects deficiencies according to PM/CM and manufacturers specifications.
Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as fan coil or dx units, and other equipment as assigned.

Performs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance on air conditioning units, fans, air handlers, water heaters, converters, duct work and system controls.
Request assistance from plumbers, painters, electricians, carpenters, and Building Engineers when necessary.
Coordinates inspections, repairs, and installation with staff and tenants in affected areas to minimize disruption of CNRIC operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
