ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Understand and comply with all ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes • Has a strong command of all bottling line machinery and controls • Must have advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills • Must be able to plug into a PLC to effectively troubleshoot, correct, and modify ladder logic programs as needed to keep production running. Responsibilities: Maintain plant equipment including material handling equipment, instrumentation and control equipment, and production equipment Use plasma cutter, acetylene, and torch to perform maintenance responsibilities on equipment Comply with all company maintenance programs and practices Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment Complete preventive maintenance requirements Ensure proper and safe operation of all production machine systems Minimum skills / qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic card Ability to process, modify, and repair plant systems such as electrical, gas, air, and water systems Must be able to stand for 8 hours Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds Preferred skills / qualifications: Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) experience Compensation The starting pay rate for this role is $39.67 per hour. Any future increases are dictated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
