Primary responsibilities include operations support in setup, maintenance, and operation of high-speed automatic packaging equipment. Electromechanical troubleshooting skills are required to effectively support and assist in the maintenance and operation of automated packaging equipment. Maintains a cGMP production environment and standards throughout the production area(s). Adheres to workplace environmental, health and safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures while actively promoting and enforcing adherence. Essential Duties will require a close-knit integration with various departments including Operations and Quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machine breakdowns in collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams. Operate packaging equipment to support daily operational activities. Assist in training and developing new machine operators and mechanics. Record data into process check sheets. REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
