About the Role We are seeking an Industrial Machine Mechanic/Millwright to support a high-volume metal fabrication and manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical and hydraulic metal-forming punch presses, metal spinning equipment, and CNC machinery. You'll conduct inspections, perform maintenance tasks, and play a key role in ensuring machinery remains in optimal working condition. Set up new parts on CNC machines, including programming when needed. Troubleshoot and repair automation systems for metal-forming presses. Diagnose and repair machine controls, including PLCs and safety control systems. Develop and maintain critical spare parts inventory. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors; order parts and supplies as needed. Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical school degree preferred. 3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required. Required Skills Ability to manufacture components using mills, lathes, surface grinders, etc. Experience troubleshooting/repairing machine controls including PLCs and safety circuits.
