We are looking for skilled HVAC Mechanics who have practical work experience in their trade, (HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry).
Mechanics must have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in the repair of centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.

What we look for Required
Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting, repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
Minimum of Three (3) years Commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry. This includes Rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
Mechanical shaft alignment using dial indicators, etc. of pumps, fans, Compressors.
Able to use vibration equipment to trouble shoot drivelines.
Travel maybe required 10% to 20% to support Branch Customers activities, trouble shooting, installation and repair.
You will be required to pass a knowledge examination to assess proficiencies.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
The Master Mechanic is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of the AIS Infrastructure fleet of vehicles and equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of the company's construction and industrial services projects. The Mechanic Foreman must possess a strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment mechanics and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles and equipment.
Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including heavy machinery, trucks, and specialized construction equipment.
Reviewpreventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues before they cause equipment failure.
Maintainaccurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage, work performed, and equipment status.
Schedule maintenance with other AIS Infrastructure Mechanics/Technicians or appropriate equipment dealers.
Adhere to and enforce safety AIS Infrastructure safety protocol.
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS
The Mechanic Foreman will primarily work in a well-equipped maintenance facility but may occasionally be required to work on job sites or in outdoor environments.

The job may involve physical demands such as lifting heavy parts, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
