Minimum 5 10+ years of corporate aviation maintenance experience. Proven leadership or supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting skills using calibrated testing equipment. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Valid driver's license. Ability to work varied hours based on operational demands.
