Schedule: Monday- Friday
Start time: 6:00AM (50 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $26.00 + Depending on Experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services. Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, hydraulics, suspension brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
•Utilize vehicle computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.
•Complete required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
•Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. •Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
•Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
•Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
•Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 60 pounds.
• Work environment may be indoors in a shop, or outdoors to repair trucks on the road. Usually well-lighted and ventilated. Sometimes necessary to work in awkward or tight positions and to handle greasy or dirty tools. These factors require following basic safety precautions..
•The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration. Noise level is usually moderate.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license (CDL preferred, but not required).
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must own personal tools.

**GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY**
The Master Mechanic is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities of the AIS Infrastructure fleet of vehicles and equipment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of the company's construction and industrial services projects. The Mechanic Foreman must possess a strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment mechanics and adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols.
**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics and technicians in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
+ Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles and equipment.
+ Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including heavy machinery, trucks, and specialized construction equipment.
+ Reviewpreventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issuesbefore they cause equipment failure.
+ Maintainaccurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts usage, work performed, and equipment status.
+ Schedule maintenance with other AIS Infrastructure Mechanics/Technicians or appropriate equipment dealers.

Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to their customers regarding their vehicles.
Perform all routine check-ups and maintenance of vehicles.
Check all fluid levels and tire pressure of all types of vehicles. Grease the bearings, inspect the repairs and renovation of brake systems.
Qualifications and Requirements Express / Lube Technician:
Previous Experience as an Express / Lube Technician a plus!
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification a plus but NOT required!
