Mechanic responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Carrying-out routine truck and equipment maintenance and inspections Maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment Troubleshooting and making general repairs Using a variety of hand and power tools Acquire a Commercial Driver License (CDL) Working outdoors in all weather conditions Working at heights with the use of mobile equipment and ladders Often required to stand, use hands to hold hand and power tools, finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear.
