Physical Requirements: * Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift). * Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. * Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching). * Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools. * Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy. * Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions. * Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection Hours: 40 Per Week, (4) 10-hour shifts, overtime as needed on Fridays Our Benefits: At NGSG, we take care of our people.
