Combat Sensors Hardware Engineering is seeking a self-motivated, experienced mechanical design engineer to support Receiver-Exciter, Processor and Wired Chassis program production efforts. Candidate must possess strong critical-thinking, communication and leadership skills to quickly and efficiently address various mechanical related issues and problems that occur. Candidate must also be able to organize, task and lead a team of supporting engineers through the various design and troubleshooting efforts that occur within the program. Primary Level Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $148,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
