Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in engineering is strongly preferred. * Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably involving new equipment implementation in a manufacturing environment. * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and engineering drawings. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare reports and respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams. * Competent with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.); experience with CAD/CAM NX preferred. * Ability to work safely and promote a culture of safety within the team.
