Analyze reports and collect data to recommend changes in methods, tooling, or equipment for increased productivity, quality improvement, or cost reduction. Work closely with Plant Supervision at all levels to propose improvement projects, assess feasibility, and provide data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with vendors to determine equipment specifications and facilitate equipment purchases to enhance production capabilities. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Three years experience as a manufacturing or process engineer in an industrial manufacturing setting (preferred). Hands-on experience and knowledge of metal cutting, forming, and welding processes (robotic experience is a plus). Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methods and concepts. Demonstrated knowledge of equipment controls/PLC; automation/robotics experience is desired. Ability to work with minimal direct guidance or direction from others.

Qualifications for the role Engineering degree(mechanical, industrial or related degree) required 2 years of experience in manufacturing, leading large projects and purchasing new equipment. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Tools, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis is preferred. Experience with project management and proven history of driving and sustaining change Possess knowledge of SAP and MS Office package.
