Proven ability to design mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks (PDM experience a plus). Strong background in machine design, including linear motion, actuators, bearings, gearboxes, and structural frameworks. Experience designing with machined parts, weldments, and sheet metal. Knowledge of GD&T, dimensioning practices, and drawing standards. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic system design. Working knowledge of electrical and controls engineering, including system wiring, sensor integration, motion components, and PLC/HMI interfaces.
