Essential Skills + Expertise in reading plans, working with concrete and masonry systems, structural modifications, demolition, and carpentry. + Ability to effectively communicate with and lead subcontractors in their tasks. + Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Life Safety protocols, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen setups. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). + Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in theme parks is a plus. + Understanding or willingness to learn construction techniques and practices.
