Program and adjust winding machine parameters to meet precise specifications for transformer coil winding, including wire tension, coil winding speed, and layering. Continuously analyze and optimize winding processes for maximum efficiency, quality, and throughput while minimizing downtime and waste. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of winding machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance. Identify root causes of operational issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure that all winding processes meet quality standards and specifications.
