Summary
This is a dynamic position that is highly visible to Renovo HTM colleagues and customer stakeholders. As a subject matter expert in imaging equipment, this role will perform repairs, maintain, and document the work in RenovoLive (CMMS). This is a dedicated role to one hospital facility that will be full-time onsite.
What you will do:
This role will be responsible for general troubleshooting and electrical/mechanical repairs
Leverage all standard test equipment for installations, calibrations, and planned maintenance:
Multimeter
Invasive and non-invasive X ray meter
Oscilloscope
Service software and keys
Dosimeter
Hand and power tools
AC line analyzer
Phantoms
Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
Maintain OEM equipment (for example: Siemens, Philips, GE, Canon, etc.) and record all work performed in Renovo's CMMS. Responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs to any of the following: CT, MRI, X-Ray, C-arms, Fluoroscopy, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned under the leadership of a Renovo manager or supervisor
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience Imaging repairs and using with test equipment
Proficient with Microsoft and Google software applications (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
Leverage electrical and mechanical skills to complete daily tasks
Interpret and utilize service manuals, schematics, and other applicable service information
Perform/document planned maintenance and repair of the diagnostic imaging equipment and systems
Demonstrate good organizational and communication skills

Project Engineer

The OSM Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of offsite manufacturing (OSM) scopes, working directly with the OSM Project Leads. This position is highly involved in the daily details of the job, balancing desk-based coordination and technical tasks with frequent field walks. The OSM Project Engineer works closely with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design teams to facilitate workflow, maintain documentation, and ensure that technical and schedule requirements are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support daily coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and the OSM field team to maintain schedule compliance.
Monitor subcontractor progress in the field, escalating issues to the OSM CM or Superintendent as needed.
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change documents; track and distribute to appropriate parties.
Interpret 3D and 2D design documents, specifications, and technical manuals for accurate field install and implementation.
Track and update project documentation to reflect current conditions, scope changes, and approvals.
Assist with QA/QC efforts by coordinating inspections and ensuring work meets project standards.

Position Summary:
Professional Experience and Education

What You'll Do
As a design engineer, the candidate will be responsible for developing high quality detailed design packages, providing engineering procurement and field technical support to implement those designs, and providing expertise for troubleshooting and technical assessments of plant systems. In this senior role, the candidate will also be responsible for mentoring early career engineers and providing reviews and input into their designs. Design involves the preparation of conceptual engineering deliverables such as cost-estimating bills of material and man-hour estimates, statements of work, design criteria, and title II engineering deliverables including preparation of calculations and analyses, construction specifications & drawings, and equipment specifications. Candidate must effectively and cooperatively work as a team member of an integrated project team, or as a technical lead for a multi-discipline task and will routinely provide input to system engineers and other plant customers. Design engineers routinely perform walkdowns in the existing plant facilities in order to generate design documents and provide field support to craft personnel.
The mechanical piping/heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) engineer shall be responsible for interpreting, organizing, and executing assignments and engineering design for process piping, utility piping systems, high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration, exhaust systems, dehumidification, and air conditioning in support of nuclear and non-nuclear projects at Pantex. A strong candidate for the piping/HVAC Engineer position should have experience with design in systems such as potable water and fire-protection supply systems, gases, acid and caustic fluids, brines, cryogenics, steam and condensate, hot and chilled water systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and vacuum systems as well as design of duct systems, ventilation/exhaust systems, and the basic installation of mechanical HVAC equipment. Additional experience in performing computer hydraulic (steady-state and transient) analysis, computer pipe stress analysis, and support selection/design is desired.

* Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with schedule management, development, and coordination.
* Provide miscellaneous estimating support.
* Ensure accurate quantity capture and timely submission of weekly claim sheets.
* Review project specifications and requirements, requesting mockups when necessary.
* Manage submittals (concrete accessories, , QA/QC plan, re-, rebar, safety plans), maintaining an up-to-date approved submittal log.
* Attend safety meetings, daily whiteboards, morning stretch & flex, and weekly scheduling meetings.
* Review Workplans and HRAs to identify critical activities in the field.
* Review contract drawings for accuracy and constructability, communicate concerns, and collaborate to resolve issues.
* Communicate professionally via email, RFIs, phone, and meetings.
* Review and submit detailed concrete coordination shop drawings, ensuring they are error-free.
* Coordinate with VDC Engineer and third-party detailers to resolve building model issues.
* Provide technical advising to field crews for issues or questions.
* Perform daily quality control and safety walks; document issues and work with field teams on corrections.
* Complete site observation reports during and after pours.
* Coordinate with third-party formwork companies on shop drawings, contract updates, and delivery scheduling.
* Coordinate with rebar subcontractors on shop drawings, contract updates, RFIs, and scheduling; ensure conformance and coordination with concrete shop drawings.
* Coordinate with miscellaneous metals suppliers on embed requirements and constructability; assist scheduling deliveries aligned with construction sequence.
* Ensure highest quality standards; submit and enforce quality control plans and track costs related to quality issues.
* Coordinate safety, quality, production, and schedule goals with Safety Director, General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Superintendent.
* Advocate leadership, innovation, planning, communication, and accountability to advance the Hoffman Construction culture.

This position works closely with other engineers, project managers, and Client team members in support of both capital and operational improvement projects. The position requires implementing sound engineering principles to ensure project designs are safe and at the industry's cutting edge. An ability to work independently, self-motivate, and communicate effectively with team members is of the utmost importance to this position.
Primary Responsibilities
* Check installation of electrical equipment (cables, panels, switchgear, transformers).
* Verify compliance with client's design drawings and specifications.
* Perform insulation resistance tests, continuity checks, and loop checks.
* Conduct functional testing of protection relays and control circuits.
* Confirm readiness of auxiliary systems (battery banks, HVAC, lighting).
* Coordinate safe energization of systems in phases
* Test interlocks, alarms, and protection schemes under live conditions.
* Validate SCADA and remote-control functionality.
* Identify and resolve issues during startup
* Adjust settings and calibrate instruments as needed.
