The OSM Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of offsite manufacturing (OSM) scopes, working directly with the OSM Project Leads. This position is highly involved in the daily details of the job, balancing desk-based coordination and technical tasks with frequent field walks. The OSM Project Engineer works closely with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design teams to facilitate workflow, maintain documentation, and ensure that technical and schedule requirements are met. Essential Responsibilities: Support daily coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and the OSM field team to maintain schedule compliance. Monitor subcontractor progress in the field, escalating issues to the OSM CM or Superintendent as needed. Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change documents; track and distribute to appropriate parties. A strong candidate for the piping/HVAC Engineer position should have experience with design in systems such as potable water and fire-protection supply systems, gases, acid and caustic fluids, brines, cryogenics, steam and condensate, hot and chilled water systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and vacuum systems as well as design of duct systems, ventilation/exhaust systems, and the basic installation of mechanical HVAC equipment.
