The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications. Candidates with more experience may also be considered as a "Senior Project Engineer" or "Project Manager" level.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Maintain and enforce construction site cleanliness for a safe workplace.
Coordinate the purchase of materials as needed for the job site.
Ensure all permits and inspections are complete.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field. Or, an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
2-3 Years construction related work or internship experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Solid project scheduling and follow through skills. Experience utilizing Microsoft Project is a plus.
Must be able to read drawings, interpret codes, and be familiar with all phases of building design.
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore and/or BIM is a plus.
