As a Summer Intern you will assist in designing, configuring, and detailing HVAC and piping systems solutions that enhance the functionality, sustainability, and comfort of the built environment. Summer Interns work as part of a multi-discipline team performing mechanical engineering design during all phases of multiple simultaneous projects. You will perform assignments under the direct supervision of one or more licensed mechanical engineers and concentrate on specific design or technical documentation tasks that contribute to overall projects. Assignments will include performing design calculations, preparing reports, and producing deliverable drawing sets including site plans, HVAC plans, piping plans, controls diagrams, details, schematics, and schedules.
