In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will be responsible for: * Production floor support/problem resolution and methods engineering * Make suggestions and incorporate changes to improve the workflow in the assigned value streams. * Communicate effectively with personnel from widely varied backgrounds * New product review, coordination and introduction to the production floor * Establish and document efficient manufacturing processes / methods using but not limited to Bills of Materials, Routings, Visual Work Instructions, PFMEA's, ECO's and Control Plans * Ability to read complex schematics, blueprints, CAD drawings * Fixture and tooling design and improvements * Participate on cross-functional project teams that require coordinating with staff from engineering, quality, production, and purchasing * Personal and professional integrity * Cost analysis * Cost reduction and avoidance * Introduce and maintain best practices on the manufacturing floor including Lean Manufacturing, and 5S. * Training of production personnel * Work on multiple assignments concurrently and prioritize based on importance and urgency * Ability to employ sound judgment with little or no supervision * Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools, SAP, and be a resource for others * Completes other assignments requested What Do You Need? Required * Bachelor of Science in an Engineering or technical related field required. * 0-2 years of experience.
