Oversee all aspects of critical infrastructure maintenance to include but not limited to HVAC, generators, power plants and site BMS within a facility, including requests, plans to modify infrastructure.
Managing vendor maintenance contracts with to perform quarterly, semiannual and annual maintenance on the structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing critical infrastructure.

Overview
The Electrical Energy Engineer for the Development Team is responsible for independently assessing building electrical systems while performing technical on-site surveys and in-office analysis on assigned projects.
