Position Summary

Meeting Management: Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes for weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and internal team meetings.
Project Management Support
Procurement: Assist in the buyout process, scoping subcontractor bids, and tracking material lead times to ensure materials arrive on site when needed.
Financials: Assist the Project Manager with monthly pay applications, change order pricing, and invoice coding.
Closeout: Lead the closeout process by collecting warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings to deliver a complete turnover package to the client.
Field Support & Quality Control
Site Presence: Regularly walk the site with the Superintendent to track progress, document safety observations, and understand the sequence of work.
Punch List: Manage the punch list process towards the end of the project, coordinating subcontractors to complete outstanding items efficiently.
Photos: Maintain a comprehensive photo log of the project progress (using Procore or similar tools).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience. Previous internships in commercial construction are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) and PDF editing software (Bluebeam Revu). Familiarity with construction management software (Procore) is a major plus.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
5+ years of related aerospace industry experience contributing technically as a flight performance engineer primarily within concept development, requirements definition, preliminary design, and detailed design.
Relevant work or project experience in the design/modeling of hypersonic atmospheric vehicles, Earth-to-orbit launch systems, or human & robotic spacecraft
High level disciplinary experience with multidisciplinary analysis and optimization of high-speed flight and/or launch vehicle design
Experience in relevant aerospace-oriented, flight development programs (e.g. UAVs, missiles, CubeSats)
Basic knowledge of Monte Carlo analysis, uncertainty analysis, or risk analysis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, collaborative environment with ownership and autonomy typical of a small business
Small business experience

Case-Mate is seeking a Project Engineer to drive on-time completion of engineering projects and product line extensions, coordinating schedules, testing, documentation, suppliers, and third-party test labs. Responsibilities
Drive on time completion of engineering projects and line extensions with milestone scheduling and tracking
Work with cross functional development teams within the company to ensure smooth communications throughout various projects
Monitor schedule, perform testing, sample distribution and documentations for line extension projects
Engage suppliers and convey the proper tone in supplier communications
Engage 3rd party test labs to perform industry and custom tests in support of product performance requirements
