Position Description: The Vehicle Dynamics Tuning Engineer plays an integral part in the vehicle dynamics development by providing feedback to programs based on test results. Besides driving and testing vehicles, close communication with simulation engineers is important to help guide the program towards the requirements. Experience from proving grounds and tuning vehicles based on subjective evaluation is required. Hence, deep understanding of suspension and chassis architecture and components, and their effect on ride and handling is important.
