Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in electromechanical systems, manufacturing, or repair are advantageous. Equivalent work or military experience is also considered. Proven experience in electromechanical assembly, repair, and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Hands-on experience with assembly tools, test equipment, and repair procedures. Familiarity with military operations and requirements Veteran with technical experience Experience in radar electronics troubleshooting and repair is advantageous.
