We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Mechanical Design Engineer (P.E.) to lead mechanical engineering strategy, design oversight, and project delivery for complex healthcare and education building services projects. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Project Management
Serve as mechanical engineering lead for major healthcare and education projects, managing full lifecycle delivery.
Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, guiding engineers, designers, and external consultants.
Act as a technical authority for HVAC, plumbing, med-gas, and building mechanical systems.
Mechanical Systems Design
Develop and review HVAC, hydronic, air distribution, and plumbing systems for hospitals, labs, universities, and specialty learning environments.
Ensure all designs meet applicable codes (ASHRAE, IBC, IMC, NFPA, FGI Guidelines for healthcare).
Conduct load calculations, system modeling, equipment sizing, and sustainability/energy efficiency analysis.
Quality, Compliance & Technical Oversight
Approve engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Perform QA/QC reviews, ensuring engineering excellence and risk mitigation.
Provide expert judgment on complex mechanical problems and system failures.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary mechanical point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Present designs, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment with client goals and project constraints.
Construction Support
Support pre-construction and construction phases, including submittal reviews, RFI responses, and site observations.
Provide field engineering expertise to ensure successful installation and commissioning.
Required Qualifications
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (Not mandatory but preferred)
8 to 10+ years of mechanical design experience in building services, including substantial work in healthcare or Aviation or residential and education sectors.
Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, med-gas, and energy systems design.
Strong proficiency with Revit, BIM tools, and mechanical engineering software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sustainable design, high-performance buildings, and energy modeling.

Reliability Engineers support the refinery's Maintenance Department through design and development of equipment related improvements. Such improvements include root cause failure analysis, optimization of maintenance programs in rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, etc.), and troubleshooting fixed equipment (refinery pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems, etc.). Reliability Engineers will also be continuously challenged to find new technology in design, materials and repair methods to achieve refinery goals of longer running times at lower costs.

Job Summary
The Generator Mechanic/Service Technician will consult with the Service Manager to plan their work and travel schedule in the surrounding area. Using our company-supplied vehicle, you will travel to the customers residence to perform repair work and preventative maintenance on the customers whole home standby generator. You will regularly use verbal communication and customer service skills to communicate directly with our customers. You will use mechanical and electrical knowledge of generators or small engines to troubleshoot and repair whole home standby generators for our customers. This work will require the ability to read and understand technical manuals, instructions, electrical wiring diagrams, and blueprints. When repairs and preventative maintenance are complete, you will use electronic/written communication skills to update the software system with information regarding services you performed. This position will frequently work around electricity and will require the ability to adhere to all safety practices and requirements.
The work schedule will typically be Mon-Fri from 8 am-5 pm. The work schedule is subject to change to support the needs of our customers, for example during times of bad weather/impending storms.
The level of electrical and mechanical repair knowledge, years of direct generator repair experience, and previous experience working directly with customers will all be taken into account when determining what ones starting pay level would be within this range.
Responsibilities
