The Customer Support (CS) Upgrades Installs Relocation organization is responsible for planning and executing complex Hardware projects installing or modifying ASML's lithography machines to meet our customer's changing needs. Roles and responsibilities The goal of the internship is to work in a team environment alongside local experienced engineers, project managers, and leaders to gain insight on the ASML ways of working and our groundbreaking technology. Specific projects will be tailored to match the education/experience level of the intern as well as the interns learning objectives for the summer. Interns will typically be required to document and present their findings as well as making an end of summer presentation to the group about what they achieved during their internship. Past projects have included: Identifying and documenting goals and targets (KPIs). Evaluating current processes and updating documentation to adhere to continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN/6 Sigma). Creating data visualizations to identify potential opportunities for automation (Tableau/Power BI/Python). Collaborating with Engineers from other areas and shifts to identify Best Known Methods (BKMs). Participating in projects to improve performance of the FAB. Education and experience Must be enrolled in a Bachelors program at the time of the internship with at least two years completed. Preferred Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or IC manufacturing. Job Summary Sundt is looking for committed engineering (Civil, Structural, and Mechanical) and construction management students within accredited Universities/colleges. The internship will provide you with unique experiences on challenging projects throughout the US while providing you the opportunity to participate in several of the activities it takes to successfully build our projects. Assisting with project record keeping, preparing shop drawings, and assisting with cost control records. 2. Assisting with report preparation, safety inspections, submittal logging and processing. 3. Assisting with surveying, testing, sample collection, drawing correction and filing. 4. Assisting with time keeping and cost control, inventory control, schedule checking, subcontractor monitoring. 5. Attending bid openings, conferences, etc.; taking notes, making records, completing forms. 6. Observing and reporting results of meeting and conducting site tours for visitors . 7. Preparing quantity take-offs, calling vendors and sub-contractors for proposals. 8. Working as a manual laborer, helper, clerk or technician assistant, etc. Minimum Job Requirements 1. A team player, ready and willing to take on whatever challenge is offered. 2. Currently enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program. 3. Eager to learn, immensely curious, full of questions, and ready to get their hands dirty. 4. Prefer those who have interest in a construction career for a builder. 5.
