* Own and maintain construction specifications, design standards, and procedural checklists for gas systems.

* Partner with vendors to design and implement improvements to existing systems and develop new solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including TPM metrics and CIP items.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
* Strong understanding of gas delivery systems, process flow, and semiconductor facility operations.
* Proven ability to manage projects and communicate complex technical information effectively.
* Proficiency in data analysis, troubleshooting, and risk mitigation.

Education and Experience:
