Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards for quality, cost, safety, timeliness, and performance. Work with project management to assist in determining manpower and material requirements. Help solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to meet project needs and follow-up after project completion. Gain exposure to customer relations and learn how to resolve concerns and exceed expectations. Assist in maintaining industry expertise through self-study, training, and seminars. Occasionally provide support for sales and marketing efforts at trade shows, seminars, and events. Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or related field, or equivalent academic experience. Experience: Previous internship experience in mechanical engineering or related field is a plus, with exposure to 2D and 3D drafting software, piping systems, and related technologies preferred. Skills: Strong curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Desire to provide high-quality customer service. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong computer literacy, especially with engineering design software. Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to adapt to new technology and processes. Physical & Mental Requirements: Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs. occasionally.
