Over 10 weeks, you will gain: Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and operations. Mentorship and guidance from experienced industry leaders. What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will: Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows. Assist in developing and implementing production solutions. Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Shadow engineers to gain insights into manufacturing operations. Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership. Qualifications We're seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field). Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale). Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay.
