The position will be located in Nashua, NH. RESPONSIBILITIES: This role supports the Mechanical Integrity group. Job functions will include assisting in mechanical testing of electrical connectors and components, processing and analysis of testing results, and assistance in the development of fixtures used in testing. What you'll do: Gain Experience! Support the product design effort in mechanical analysis such as tolerance analysis, FEA, materials analysis, failure analysis, and creating test plans Machining and fixture design Work closely with internal and external suppliers and manufacturing personnel Supporting the development and validation of product prototypes Interfacing with customers and other engineering disciplines in the design and manufacturing process of interconnect products QUALIFICATIONS: A good candidate should be at least a sophomore in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Materials Engineering programs.
