MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - INJECTION MOLD DESIGN
Dynomax is a full-service injection molder in the aerospace and defense industries. We perform all mold building, injection molding, automation, maintenance and repair in-house, which enables us to control the entire process for exceptional quality assurance. We have an opportunity available for a Manufacturing Engineer, who will be responsible for design and life cycle management of injection molding tools for the production of electrical components.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
Review and quote new mold tool requests
Design injection molds for new parts to customer print and specifications
Participate in design reviews, ensuring that injection molds can produce parts that meet customer requirements while designing for manufacturability
Establish tool maintenance metrics, assess damaged or broken mold tools, and design repairs of mold tools
Design and development engineering layouts, drawings, and documentation for components, assemblies, and subassemblies using CAD system (Solidworks)
Utilize ERP system (Epicor) to create Methods of Manufacture (MOM) and routing packets
Track inventory of tooling components, including blank blocks, core pins, etc and ensure necessary parts are stocked
In a Continuous Improvement environment, recommend design standard updates and recommend improvements to processes
Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Plastics Engineering degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years' experience in mold design within an injection molding environment
Knowledge of mold assembly and its effects on processing capabilities
Knowledge of engineering grade materials including thermosets, thermoplastics, silicone, PEEK, Teflon
Experience with CAD Software (Solidworks preferred)

Job Purpose
The Fluid Conveyance team, part of the NAFTA Mechanical Commodity group, is responsible for managing cylinders, hoses, tubes, and fittings that support CNH's NAFTA product lines. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that these components meet cost, quality, and delivery targets while supporting product development and manufacturing operations.

3. Hold a valid Driver's License.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment in the marine industry.
5. Must have towboat repair experience.
6. Knowledge of the following engines preferred: Caterpillar 3512B, Cummins, K19, K38, QSK50, QSK19.
7. Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems and diagnostic procedures.
8. Familiarity with applicable code of federal regulations.
VI. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
2. Ability of repetitive bending and stooping, lifting heavy marine equipment.
3. Ability to lift & carry up to 75 pounds.
4. Ability to work outdoors in all elements during all seasons.

The Intern, Car Mechanical is responsible for collaborating with Car Reliability including Analysts, fleet leaders, the Car Repair Billing, and Senior Managers to support and drive projects. Additionally, the incumbent works with Finance, and Planning to contribute to CN's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position participates in leading projects and overseeing project portfolio.
Major Responsibilities
