The HVAC Team is engaged in the following: Design and Construction Activities o Project Delivery Methods - Traditional Design-Bid-Build and Alternative Conceptual-Bid- Build. o Facility Types -Water Treatment, Power Generation buildings, and Substations. o Systems -HVAC and Plumbing. o Type of Areas -Waste water treatment buildings, Administrative, Warehouse, Maintenance, Workshop, Laboratory, Chemical Storage & Handling, Electrical Distribution Center, Low & Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Pump Areas. Studies o Energy Audit/Efficiency - Engineering studies, system performance reviews, and energy compliance calculations o Code Review/Application - Facility review for code compliance. o Sustainable Design/LEED - Application of sustainable strategies Skills: Minimum of 8 years related work experience.
